Buying a voucher is not possible directly on site. You have to make complicated calls and send emails. So far so complex. The voucher will then be confirmed and can be picked up the following day. So we return again only to find out that the voucher is not available. But on Monday I could come by a third time to “really” take him with me. This is bureaucracy and 0.0 customer friendly. It is also not possible to purchase the voucher on the website. No matter how good the quality may be, this experience is still not recommended. I therefore recommend not purchasing a voucher. The application should reach the responsible management. Maybe they'll change the process. If it is possible to be heard, I will be happy to adjust the rating!
